Payment

International Customers, please note that government fees, duties, taxes, customs, Royal Mail fees, etc., are your responsibility.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase.

We post all of our items with Royal Mail Standard Shipping.

UK – First Class Royal Mail, 1-3 Business Days
EU – Standard Shipping, 3-7 Business Days
International  – contact to arrange a quote

The standard shipping does not come with a tracking number if you want one you need to upgrade to the International Tracked and Signed shipping this can be done at checkout by clicking on the shipping upgrade options and WILL cost extra. This will allow you to track your parcel.

Sometimes your item may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, bad weather or delayed in customs so please be patient. If it still has not arrived a few days after its due, please contact me and we will do everything we can to resolve this.

Exchanges & Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges; contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the items back within 30 days of delivery.

We don’t accept cancellations; but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be exchanged or returned:

  1. Custom/Personalized Orders
  2. Perishable Orders
  3. Digital Orders
  4. Intimate Items

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order you must tell us immediately within 24 hours from ordering before we start to make them.

Unfortunately if we have already posted the item you will not be able to get a refund as we have already completed the order for you and they are on their way.

Faulty/Broken Items

If you are unhappy with the item you receive or it has arrived damaged please contact us immediately and we will be happy to replace or refund the item, minus shipping costs. Refunds or returns MUST be within 28 days of purchase.

In the rare instance if your item is damaged or lost, we will gladly make an insurance claim to try and recover costs.

Please keep all original packaging and receipts as this will help when trying to resolve a claim with the courier. As soon as the issue has been resolved and verified by the courier we will issue a full refund or replacement immediately.

If your items does not arrive, you must notify me within 28 days of me posting it or we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
